State Rep. Donna Scheuren | Pennsylvania 147th Legislative District
Rep. Donna Scheuren, a Republican from Montgomery County, was sworn in for her second term as the representative of Pennsylvania's 147th District. The district encompasses parts of Western Montgomery County, including several townships such as Franconia, Lower and Upper Salford, and New Hanover.
Expressing enthusiasm for her continued service, Scheuren stated, “I am very excited to be back in Harrisburg representing the 147th for another term.” She emphasized her commitment to various issues important to her constituents: “The people elected me to be their voice, and I will continue to advocate for smart budgeting; open space; lower taxes; a business-friendly Commonwealth; the rule of law; deregulation; our first responders; good schools; energy independence; election reform; and the constitutional rights, freedoms and protections bestowed upon every citizen."
Scheuren has been involved in community service for over ten years. Her experience includes three terms on the Souderton Area School Board where she served as vice president and finance chairman. Additionally, she held positions on the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit and Legislative Committee. In the private sector, Scheuren is a manufacturer's representative in industrial commodities and manufacturing with nearly three decades of experience. Her family also runs a construction company that has been operating in Pennsylvania for 36 years.
Scheuren maintains two district offices located at 1885 Swamp Pike in Gilbertsville and 410 Main St. in Harleysville.
