IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM UMJA - Smoke Testing beginning 7/26 in RED HILL

The Upper Montgomery Joint Authority will be conducting smoke testing in Red Hill Borough beginning the week of July 26th. Rain or wind may postpone the testing until the next business day.

The smoke is Non-Toxic, Non-Staining, has no odor, will be white or gray in color and will create no fire hazard. The smoke should not enter your home unless you have defective plumbing or dried up drain traps. It is advisable to pour a gallon of water into each drain, sink, shower, and tub. 

Please see the map which details the areas in which testing will occur.

Day 1 of testing will will occur in the area highlighted in green.

Day 2 of smoke testing will occur in the area highlighted in orange.

Day 3 of smoke testing will occur in the area highlighted in blue.

Performance Pipelining, INC will be completing sewer connection inspections on Washington Street in Red Hill Borough during the week of July 25th. CLICK HERE to view a letter from UMJA to residents about the program.
