Pennsburg Borough receives $847,850 RACP grant for infrastructure upgrades

State Senator Tracy Pennycuick | Pennsylvania

Senator Tracy Pennycuick and Representative Milou Mackenzie are set to present a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant to Pennsburg Borough. The presentation will take place on Monday, November 18. The grant amounts to $847,850.

The funds are allocated for renovations and upgrades to the Borough's municipal building and the Public Works building. Planned improvements include asbestos abatement, structural repairs, construction of a new salt shed, and renovation of the Public Works garage to increase vehicle storage.

These enhancements aim to improve the Borough's capacity to deliver essential services, boost emergency response capabilities, and ensure long-term sustainability.
