Senator Tracy Pennycuick will host a State Services Day on October 24, offering residents information about various programs and services. The event will be held in two locations to accommodate attendees.

In Berks County, the event will take place from 9-11 a.m. at the Eastern Berks Fire Department located at 1817 N. Main St. in Bechtelsville. In Montgomery County, it will be held from 1-3 p.m. at the Schwenksville Borough Hall at 300 Main St. in Schwenksville.

The day features several services available at both locations:

Attendees can find unclaimed property and submit claims with help from PA Treasury staff. The PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, along with county veteran agencies, will provide assistance and information for veterans.

Additionally, the PA State Police will offer public safety information, while representatives from PennDOT's Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Driver Licensing will answer questions, provide information, and process license plate renewals.

Local seniors can receive assistance and education from the Berks Area Agency on Aging and Montgomery County Senior Services.
