Limerick township issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.
SUPERVISORS IRWIN & SHULER ARE SWORN IN
At the Board of Supervisors Reorganizational meeting on Monday, January 3rd, newly elected Supervisor, Linda Irwin, and incumbent Supervisor, Kara Shuler, were sworn in by Justice Richard H. Welsh.
TAX COLLECTOR & AUDITOR ARE SWORN IN
Also, at the Board of Supervisors Reorganizational meeting on Monday, January 3rd, incumbent Tax Collector, Ryan Wall, and newly elected Township Auditor, Christopher Miller were sworn in by Justice Richard H. Welsh.
SUPERVISOR KENNETH W. SPERRING, JR. ELECTED CHAIR FOR 2022
The Board also appointed long-term Supervisor Kenneth W. Sperring, Jr. as Chairman and Michael J. McCloskey, III as Vice-Chairman of the Board for the 2022 calendar year. Mr. Sperring looks forward to a prosperous 2022 with an emphasis on pursuing various grant projects, maintaining Limerick’s Long-range Business Plan, which strives to maintain low real estate taxes and job growth, and continue to protect and provide high level services to the Limerick community.
