The project includes the installation of a commercial-grade vinyl playground, new wood fiber mulch, a playground border, and drainage improvements, enhancing recreational facilities for the community.
Topton Borough will benefit from a $57,295 grant for the rehabilitation of a chlorine chamber at a wastewater treatment plant. The refurbishment will address concrete deterioration caused by chlorine corrosion, improving disinfection processes and preventing structural damage.
