INVITATION TO BID BOROUGH OF RED HILL 2022 TAR & CHIP PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Red Hill, 56 West 4th Street, Red Hill, PA 18076 for the Borough of Red Hill 2022 Tar & Chip Project until 11:00 AM, prevailing time on August 30, 2022. CLICK HERE to view all bidding documents. A copy of the documents will also be available for review at the Borough of Red Hill, 56 West Fourth Street, Red Hill, PA 18076. Bids must include a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. Sealed bids will be opened at the Borough of Red Hill office at the above-mentioned location and referred to the Borough Council for final award/approval. Bidders and other interested parties may attend the bid opening, which will be held August 30, 2022 after the receipt of bids. The Borough of Red Hill reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
