Zoning Hearing Board
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Perkiomen Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 7:30 pm in the Perkiomen Township Administration Building for the following: Application No. 22-1 – Mark and Stephanie Casillas of 93 Trappe Road, Perkiomen Township are seeking a variance from Article XIII, Section 310-102.D.2.a to add a proposed one-story in-law suite, a proposed shed, a proposed walk and pave the existing gravel driveway. The result will cause the impervious coverage of the property to exceed the 30% maximum impervious coverage on the lot by 495 square feet.
