Application No. 21-3 of 182 Trappe Road LLC, 3400 Highway 35, Suite 3, Hazlet, NJ 07330 for property located at 182 Trappe Road, Perkiomen Township for a variance from Chapter 310, Article XII, Section 310-97.A.(4) and (2) from the rear yard setback for lots 2, 3, and 4 of its proposed 8 lot subdivision. The minimum rear yard requires 75 ft. Lot 2 would propose a 58.77 ft. rear yard; Lot 3 would propose a 43.57 ft. rear yard; and Lot 4 would propose a 34.31 ft. rear yard setback. To the rear of the subject property is a PECO right-of-way and therefore would have no impact on any surrounding neighbors. Applicant also seeks a variance concerning minimum lot width for Lots 7 and 8. Minimum lot width required is 150 ft. and 54.54 ft. +/- is provided for Lot 7 and 109 ft. +/- is provided for Lot 8.
