On Friday, Feb. 28, former Spring-Ford Senior High School standouts Jules Scogna and Morgan Lester’s current college team, the Saint Joseph’s Hawks, lost 18-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 10 a.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against Kent State Golden Flashes.
