On Friday, Feb. 14, former Spring-Ford Senior High School standout Caitlin Ashley’s current college team, the Kutztown Golden Bears, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Winston-Salem State Rams.

The game took place at Nancy Chapman Cassell Field. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 3:30 p.m. at Nancy Chapman Cassell Field against Mount Olive Trojans.
