Senator Tracy Pennycuick is urging residents of the 24th District to claim millions in unclaimed property held by the state. The senator’s office plans to reach out to individuals who might have unclaimed funds, while also encouraging residents to contact the office directly.

“There are millions of dollars waiting to be claimed by residents of our district, and we want to ensure that as many people as possible have the opportunity to reclaim what is rightfully theirs,” said Pennycuick. “Our office is committed to helping constituents navigate this process and to ensure they don’t miss out on these funds.”

Unclaimed property can include forgotten bank accounts, uncashed checks, insurance benefits, and more. These assets are held in trust by the state until claimed by their rightful owners. Senator Pennycuick’s office will proactively reach out to potentially eligible individuals, but constituents are welcome to seek assistance from her office at any time.
