On November 17, 2025, Senator Pennycuick invited the public to an upcoming event in Harrisburg. She wrote, “Join me on Nov. 18th for the 2025 Digital Pennsylvania Summit in Harrisburg! I’ll be speaking on Driving Innovation Across the Commonwealth with @CityandStatePA.”
The following day, November 18, she announced progress on a piece of legislation aimed at protecting minors online. In her post, she stated, “My legislation, SAFECHAT (SB 1090), with @sennickmiller, just advanced in the #PASenate. It sets standards for AI chatbots used by minors, blocks harmful content, and directs at-risk users to crisis resources. Now heading to the full Senate.” The bill seeks to establish guidelines for artificial intelligence chatbots accessible to young people and ensure they are shielded from inappropriate material while being connected to support services if needed.
On November 19, Senator Pennycuick highlighted her recent engagement with local veterans. She posted, “I was grateful to host my Veterans Appreciation Breakfast on Saturday. Spending time with our veterans and their families is always an honor. Thank you for your service. “
