Senator Tracy Pennycuick is partnering with PECO to host LIHEAP Day, an event aimed at helping residents manage their energy bills. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Chesmont Conference Center on the Pottstown Hospital Campus.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides eligible households with up to $1,000 toward their PECO bill. During the event, PECO specialists will assist attendees with the application process and answer questions about eligibility and documentation.
“No family should ever have to choose between heating their home and putting food on the table,” said Sen. Pennycuick. “LIHEAP delivers essential support to those who need it most, and I’m proud to partner with PECO to ensure our community has access to these vital resources.”
Attendees are advised to bring names, birth dates, and Social Security numbers for all household members; proof of gross household income for the past month; and a recent PECO bill.
