Senator Tracy Pennycuick will provide in-person assistance for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program at The Center at Spring Street, Boyertown Area Multi-Service. This service will be available every Thursday from February 27 through April 10, including specific dates of February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27, April 3, and April 10.

The program offers financial relief by helping eligible Pennsylvanians receive rebates on property taxes or rent paid in the previous year. It is designed to benefit seniors aged 65 and older, widows and widowers aged 50 and older, as well as individuals with disabilities aged 18 and older. In the year 2024, income limits have been increased to $46,520 per year for both homeowners and renters to allow more residents to qualify.

“My office is here to help residents navigate the application process and ensure they receive the rebates they qualify for,” said Pennycuick. “With the increased income limits, more Pennsylvanians may now qualify, and I encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to take advantage of this program.”

Applications for the rebates are due by June 30, 2025. To schedule an appointment for assistance with the application process, individuals can contact Senator Pennycuick’s Red Hill office at (215) 541-2388.
