On Sunday, April 6, former Spring-Ford Senior High School standout Jake Books’ current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, lost 2-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas State Red Wolves.

The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Red Wolves this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 6 p.m. at Bill Brooks Field against UNC Wilmington Seahawks.
