On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Spring-Ford Senior High School standout Caitlin Ashley’s current college team, the Kutztown Golden Bears, won 15-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Davis & Elkins Senators.

The game took place at Purnell Swett High School. This was their first matchup against the Senators this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. at Purnell Swett High School against Davis & Elkins Senators.
