On Friday, March 7, former The Hill School standout Derek Volz’s current college team, the Holy Cross Crusaders, lost 21-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the VMI Keydets.

The game took place at Lamore Field at Gray-Minor Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Keydets this season.

The Crusaders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Lamore Field at Gray-Minor Stadium against VMI Keydets.
