During the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14, Daouda Dembele, a former Perkiomen Valley High School star, and his current collegiate team, the Assumption Greyhounds, were defeated 92-81 by the Saint Anselm Hawks.

The contest, held at Charles L. & Gloria B. Lumsden Gymnasium at 12 p.m., marked the Greyhounds’ tournament opener facing the Saint Anselm Hawks.
